Job Description

As our Content Manager (Distribution), you will take the lead in managing the metadata and communication that power our interactive titles across multiple platforms. You’ll play a vital role in how our products are presented, promoted, and supported globally.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and curating game and app metadata, crafting engaging customer communications—including in-app notifications, news posts, and support responses—and managing our presence across social media platforms. You’ll act as a key point of contact between the company and our audience, ensuring our messaging is consistent, clear, and on brand.

You will also manage our distribution channels—such as the App Store, Play Store, Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo—overseeing store metadata, compiling platform-specific storefront assets, and coordinating product updates. In addition, you’ll collect and report on key performance indicators, including sales figures and user demand metrics.

As part of your responsibilities, you’ll explore and implement improved publishing workflows to enhance productivity and streamline content delivery. You will also have the opportunity to travel to movie production sites to capture and compile engaging behind-the-scenes content for our social media channels.

We are offering a full-time or part-time position on-site in Stuttgart, Germany. Please apply in English, our primary working language.

What you will do:

  • Manage and maintain metadata and content across all digital distribution platforms
  • Write and edit customer-facing communications including news articles, update notifications, and support responses
  • Monitor, post, and engage on social media platforms to build community and brand awareness
  • Coordinate product submissions and updates across app and game stores
  • Compile and analyze sales and demand metrics into actionable reports
  • Serve as a liaison between customer feedback and internal teams
  • Discover and implement opportunities to enhance productivity through optimized publishing workflows
  • Travel to production sites to create behind-the-scenes content for our digital channels

Qualifications

You have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for communication, and a strong sense of organization. You’re comfortable managing multiple tasks across different platforms and love connecting with audiences in creative and strategic ways.

We’re looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

  • Excellent writing skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Experience managing content on distribution platforms like the App Store, Play Store, Steam, etc.
  • Strong understanding of digital communication and social media strategy
  • Ability to interpret and compile data reports (e.g., sales, user engagement)
  • Experience with customer support tools and workflows
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and technical teams
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for production coverage
  • A passion for games, movies, or interactive storytelling is a strong bonus
